Position Summary
As a Truck Sales Professional at Nuss Truck & Equipment, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for promoting and selling heavy-duty trucks and trailers. We are looking for self-motivated, team-oriented individuals who excel in customer service and are eager to contribute to our success. This role is perfect for those who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about building lasting relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and Sell: Heavy-duty trucks and trailers to meet customer needs.
- Inventory Sourcing: Actively source inventory for customer orders and stock needs.
- Meet Company Standards: Achieve required company standards for gross profit, customer service, and sales volume.
- Sales Proposals: Develop and present compelling sales proposals to customers.
- CRM Utilization: Effectively manage customer relationships using our CRM tool.
- Prospecting: Build and maintain a robust prospect list to maximize sales opportunities.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation in reports, quoting, and internal communications.
- Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities, while managing ongoing customer relationships.
- Cross-Promotion: Promote additional services offered by Nuss, including parts, service, body shop, finance, insurance, rentals, and leasing.
Skills, Qualifications, and Requirements
- Experience in heavy-duty truck sales or equipment sales is preferred, but not required.
- A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- A proven track record in internet sales and marketing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- A valid driver’s license is required; a CDL is preferred.
